Magnificent Baby is as committed to safety as it is to saving you time and energy with our unique, magnetic-fastening infants’ wear.

Magnificent Baby uses independent, accredited testing laboratories to test products and ensure safety and compliance with the rules of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), and other rules and regulations. Those rules and regulations provide safety standards for children’s products and cover issues such as lead content, phthalate content for plastics, and flammability.

Please be assured that we are in compliance with these rules. We have the required Certificates of Compliance certifying that our company's merchandise complies with all applicable rules, bans, standards and regulations under laws administered by the CPSC and they are available upon request. As a practice Magnificent Baby is meticulous regarding how our products are made and discerning in what materials they are made with. We value safety as our top priority.
